I individualise my coaching, but often work with themes of transition, work / life balance and life / career aspirations.
Through deep listening and powerful coaching conversations, I can help you to develop new insights which will allow you to think, feel and act in new ways, overcoming obstacles and starting to thrive with renewed self-belief.


About me
I am a certified transformational coach specialising in personal and professional wellbeing and development.
With over 28 years of working in the NHS, including 21 years as a GP and 6 years in primary care leadership roles I understand many of the challenges people face and have a wealth of experience of supporting people through tough times and helping them to change. My experience as a coach has further honed these skills.
